Relieves heartburn associated with acid indigestion and sour stomach.

Do not use in patients allergic to famotidine or other acid reducers, if patient is vomiting with blood, or has trouble/pain swallowing food, or bloody/black stools. Caution with heartburn >3 months; heartburn with lightheadedness, sweating, or dizziness; chest or shoulder pain with SOB, sweating, pain spreading to arms/neck/shoulders, or lightheadedness; frequent chest pain; frequent wheezing with heartburn; unexplained weight loss; N/V; or stomach pain. D/C if heartburn continues/worsens or if use needed for >14 days.
Do not use with other acid reducers.
Safety not known in pregnancy/nursing.
Famotidine: Acid reducer. Magnesium Hydroxide/Calcium Carbonate: Antacids.
Assess for previous allergy to the drug or other acid reducers, other conditions where treatment is cautioned, pregnancy/nursing status, and for possible drug interactions.
Monitor for continued or worsening of heartburn and duration of therapy.
Advise to use ud. Instruct to consult a physician before use if pregnant/breastfeeding. Instruct to d/c and consult a physician if heartburn continues or worsens, or if patient needs to take the product for >14 days. Advise to notify physician of any medication use.
