BENEFITS AND RESEARCH
With so many changes happening before and during menopause, it can be difficult to manage all of the symptoms and added stress. Symptoms like lack of sleep and brain fog can increase stress levels as well. Meno Multi Support is designed to work with the body to alleviate menopause-related symptoms.
Clinically studied Korean thistle (Cirsium japonicum var. maackii) and thyme complex extract (Thymus vulgaris) called MS-10® can interact with the estrogen receptor to provide menopausal symptom relief and support bone health.
The ingredient milk protein hydrolysate (Lactium) helps to support relaxation of the tension caused by stress and may improve sleep quality.
B vitamins are necessary for energy metabolism, energy production, and proper utilization of nutrients like protein – so we included our B vitamin complex for energy and vitality. Vitamin B6 may also play a role in a healthy stress response and anxiety management.
And lastly, normal metabolism results in the creation of free radicals, which can damage our cells – and the production of free radicals can increase as we age. Antioxidants help fight free radicals to protect our cells. This is why we included the important antioxidant vitamin E and cranberry proanthocyanidins to protect cells from the free radical damage that can increase with age.
