    ADULT DOSAGE & INDICATIONS

    Tinea Pedis (Athlete's Foot)

    Sprinkle powder or spray a thin layer over affected area bid (am and pm) for 4 weeks

    Tinea Cruris (Jock Itch)

    Sprinkle powder or spray a thin layer over affected area bid (am and pm) for 2 weeks

    Tinea Corporis (Ringworm)

    Sprinkle powder or spray a thin layer over affected area bid (am and pm) for 4 weeks

    PEDIATRIC DOSAGE & INDICATIONS

    Tinea Pedis (Athlete's Foot)

    ≥2 Years:
    Sprinkle powder or spray a thin layer over affected area bid (am and pm) for 4 weeks

    Tinea Cruris (Jock Itch)

    ≥2 Years:
    Sprinkle powder or spray a thin layer over affected area bid (am and pm) for 2 weeks

    Tinea Corporis (Ringworm)

    ≥2 Years:
    Sprinkle powder or spray a thin layer over affected area bid (am and pm) for 4 weeks

    ADMINISTRATION

    Topical route

    Wash affected area and dry thoroughly before application
    Pay special attention to spaces between the toes when treating athlete's foot

    Liquid/Powder Spray
    Shake can well before using

    Powder Spray
    Clean nozzle with a pin in case of clogging

    HOW SUPPLIED

    Powder: 2% [90g]; Powder Spray: 2% [133g]; Liquid Spray: 2% [150g]

    WARNINGS/PRECAUTIONS

    For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. D/C if irritation occurs or no improvement within 4 weeks (for athlete's foot and ringworm) or 2 weeks (for jock itch). Not effective on the scalp or nails. (Spray) Flammable; do not use while smoking or near heat or flame. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling contents can be harmful or fatal.

    PREGNANCY AND LACTATION

    Safety not known in pregnancy/nursing.

    MECHANISM OF ACTION

    Azole antifungal.

    ASSESSMENT

    Confirm diagnosis of fungal infection. Assess pregnancy/nursing status.

    MONITORING

    Monitor for occurrence of irritation and improvement of condition within 4 weeks (for athlete's foot and ringworm) or 2 weeks (for jock itch).

    PATIENT COUNSELING

    Inform that product is for external use only. Instruct to avoid contact with the eyes. Instruct to d/c and notify physician if irritation occurs or there is no improvement within 4 weeks for athlete's foot and ringworm; or 2 weeks for jock itch. Advise to supervise children during the use of the product. When treating athlete's foot, instruct to wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes, and to change shoes and socks at least qd. (Spray) Advise not to use while smoking or near heat or flame.

    STORAGE

    20-25°C (68-77°F). (Spray) Do not puncture/incinerate. Do not store at temperature >49°C (120°F).
